As you can see, German giant Manuel Neuer retains his status as the game’s best goalkeeper coming in at a massive 91 OVR. Coming in behind him is Gianluigi Buffon who continues to mix it with the best in the world with an 89 OVR rating – a +1 increase on his rating last year. Like a fine wine… A newcomer to the top 5 this year is Atletico stopper Jan Oblak who comes in level with David De Gea and Thibaut Courtois at 88 OVR and its no real surprise to see the likes of Hugo Lloris and Keylor Navas hovering around the top 5 due to their consistent levels of performances.
